Yogesh Pahuja is currently pursuing
Ph.D in Organizational Development under the able guidance of
Dr. D.M.Pestonjee (faculty IIM-A) and holds
BA in Psychology,
PGDM from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD,
PGCHRM (XLRI) and is a certified Thomas Consultant.
He has 17 years of experience in the field of Education, Training and HR. He currently practices as a
corporate facilitator for
behavioural & soft skills Training. He has designed several tools and tests for
pre-employment screening.
His clients include Genpact, Bruckhardt, RBI, FedEx, Rasna, Tata Teleservices, Intas Biopharmaceuticals, Reliance Industries Ltd to name a few.
He has started his career with
frontline sales and distribution in the FMCG sector (4 years) and gained hands on experience in distribution, C&F, retail sales and recovery. Companies include Lakme, Johnson & Johnson, Balsara, Hindustan pencils, HMV, RCI (cherry) etc
He has
authored over 100 articles on topics like Self development, MBA entrance exams, Studies abroad, Group discussions, Interview preparation, Career choices etc.

He is Member of IMCI – Institute of Management Consultants of India, ERA – Executive Recruiters Association, BPS – British Psychological Society
He is also actively involved in teaching as an HR faculty at CEPT University , Symbiosis (pune) & SCMLD (pune)for topics like Job Analysis, contemporary HR, Assessment centre, In basket exercise, Strategic HRM and is an Adjunct Faculty for HR - MBA at AES PGIBM [HL-MBA], Ahmedabad.
